District 2 Grant Program

The period to submit your application to the D2 Inventory Grant process is now closed.
Dear Community Partners,
Given the uncertainty of federal impacts to the County’s budget, the inventory grant process will look a lot different this year. District 2 is looking to fund innovative ideas, programs, and initiatives that protect, preserve, or augment the County of Santa Clara’s safety net services and community resilience.
Requests that address inequities and those that complement existing County programs and initiatives in serving District 2 are encouraged. Due to the large volume of anticipated proposals and the limitations imposed from a tight budget, not all proposals will be funded.
In community,
Betty
